Click Device Management
Now that the user’s device has been successfully enrolled and verified, you can continue with the device management configuration in the Admin Portal.
Navigate to the Device Management section to manage all your devices and ensure they're securely connected to your IT resources.

Click Devices
Click Devices to open the section where you can manage and monitor all connected devices in your environment.

Click Overview
Click the Overview tab, this is where you can view all the newly updates on the devices, new system create or installed jumpcloud agent. Newly installed jumpcloud agent will show as "system create" and will show the email address who installed it.

Click the Hostname
Select the hostname to configure the device.

Device Information
You'll be redirected to device information.

Click the Device Name
Click the pencil icon on the device name. This helps keep your devices organized and easily identifiable within your management system.

Type the Device Name
In the Edit Device window, enter the employee's name so the device is clearly identifiable.

Click Done to apply your edits and close the editing window.

Setup MDM
Next, the employee needs to enroll their device in MDM. To get the enrollment link to send them, click Devices under Device Management.

Click Copy Download Link to copy the MDM Enrollment Profile link, then share it with the employee. Let them know the link expires after 30 minutes.

Review the current MDM status of the device to confirm compliance and successful enrollment.
